I went a little overboard last night and a little over my calories but I still showed a loss today, which is good. I am so incredibly hungover. Thank goodness I only drink on the weekends.
We picked up a Keurig coffee maker yesterday. The up side to the Keurig is that I use a lot less creamer in my coffee which frees up calories for other things.
