Happy Easter Glenn, hope this note finds you feeling a little better. Maybe the warm weather has brought on some pollen to aggravate your allergies. Take care and hope you do better soon. Have a relaxing evening. 

It's definitely that time of year when the allergies start flaring up again. Good job sticking with the plan and maintaining. Kudos to you!! :) 

I'm allergic to grass, mold and dust mites. That is enough. Pine trees bloomed two years ago in June and it was rough though I show no allergies to trees. I'm taking allergy medicine every day now. My friend Debbie told me Arizona was good for her allergies because nothing grows there because it's all desert. Anyway, the dieting is going well I'm doing well on sort of low calorie right now. I got a short bike ride in today. Tonight I'm going to sleep at a decent hour hopefully... :)
