Journal de Eringiffin, 11 juin 12

My BMI is below 40 now. No longer have the "morbidly obese" label hovering over my head. My next goal is to get to the weight I was when I married my husband. Only 27 lbs. to go. Then it's off to One-derland. This week has been so stellar for weight loss but has been emotionally draining. Not only am I sick with worry about my dog, work is crazy stressful and having horrendous family drama as well. When it rains it pours. But i must say that in the past, under these amounts of stress, I would have been gaining weight like crazy. It feels so good to have at least one thing to be glad about in a storm of pain, fear and uncertainty.

Thanks everyone. :) I am going to start recording a weigh in on Fridays now, too, for a new challenge I joined. I can't wait for my Wednesday weigh in at the doctor's office. The hubby is losing weight, too, and eating cheesecake twice a day, I might add. He is going to turn into cheesecake soon. I already got sick of cheesecake. I am all about variety and if I eat the same thing over and over, I start to lose interest.

Way to go staying on course, stress can be such a diet killer. I hope you fur baby is getting better.
