I feel so heavy today. Got on the scale and it said I had gained 3 pounds overnight!!! Now, I know that it's impossible but I still can't help but feel down. I need to exercise too but am so down I can't seem to find the motivation to get off my ass:-( Well, tomorrow is a new day. I need to remember the scale shouldn't rule my life!!!
