Ok, so I have actually NOW started to eat less more. i am trying to eat every 2-3 hours small meals and it's not hard when your working in day care and the kids eat every 2-3 hours and you are allowed to eat with them. I actually have been doing this for a few days now and I find I am starting to get hungry sooner and I am sticking with it. But for how long?!?! I am dreading this weekend, because i tend to go off course on weekends because there is no schedule and I don't have to do anything regularly like I do at work. I just hope I can keep with it as well as keep up with my afternoon walks while at work and do some work around the new yard to get me burning some calories!!
