The bad: I ate too much pizza last night and then ate a piece of birthday cake today at work. My eating isn't going well and I can't blame anyone but myself. And tonight I know my hubby is going to want to go out to eat, he hasn't been feeling well and my son has a baseball game from 5:30 to around 8 so he's going to want something quick. Then with vacation this week, my healthy eating is going right out the window. At leat it's only for this week, I can get back to it next week and hopefully not do too much damage. The good: I had an appointment today with my gastroenterologist and he came in and asked me why I'd lost weight and he was concerened. So, I took that as a positive. He said by their scale I'd lost 8 lbs. since I'd seen him last and that was in March. Woo Hoo!! Last time I saw him and I'd lost that much I was sick and had to have surgery, so no wonder he was concerned. This time though I feel good and my tummy is feeling much better. So, now if I can just not go too crazy with my eating the rest of the week maybe next week I won't have a huge gain. I'm going to try to stay positive.
