If they were as bad as you believe them to be. I would have tons of problems by now. So would tons of other people. As I said before they can be dangerous in HIGH ENOUGH DOSES. It’s so surprising how truly unhealthy fast food is.....scary!

anything can be unhealthy when eaten in excess. Spinach for example, when consumed in large amounts can dehydrate the body due to its nitrates. Some vegetarian I knew from work had a kidney stone because of that reason. Fast food can be consumed in a healthy way, again, as long as it is not on excessive amounts. A diet can be unhealthy, a single food item, not so much. For example, if you could only eat one food, ice cream or broccoli, which would cause you to die of malnourishment first? The broccoli. So which one is healthier then?
