It's been two days since I've really started cracking down on what and HOW MUCH I eat. I never realized just how big my portion sizes really were until I began comparing them to what's recommended on the box or in the recipe books. I'm trying very hard to become healthy and hopefully now that I've seen the error of my ways, I can change!!!

So what is your diet? I tried to read it, but it says its private. I dont know what kind of dress youll be in come bridesmaid time, but Ive been in 2 weddings having not lost the weight I was supposed to at the time, and I looked fat. Cameras are not kind. Well, get that weight off now, b/c it isnt going to get any easier the older you get.
