4/7/10 I'm doing great guys--worked out yesterday despite still not feeling well. Home again today and will work out. I looked back on my weight loss history and am approaching a low weight for the last couple of years. I just read somewhere that they have discovered a genetic test that determines people who benefit from low fat/low calorie vs low carb. Those that benefited from low carb (10lb loss over the period of time) actually gained weight on the other diet and vice-versa. I know this about me without genetic testing. I need low carb to maintain a healthy weight--I just need to not deceive myself about this and I can have a life-time of normal weight.
