Way to go for keeping up the exercise! You are doing so well! Try to plan some of your favorite meals (diet friendly, of course!) for the weekends so you have something to look forward to rather than dread. Save your extra points for the weekends, too so you can allow yourself a guilt free splurge if you like. The wonderful thing about WW is that you can eat with your family and not have to make separate things all the time. They end up eating better and won't even know it! If the day is sunny, head outside for a walk even if it is just around the block. The lack of sun exposure we get in the winter has a big effect on our moods and our body's ability to produce vitamin D. So you will be getting more than exercise from a walk outdoors! Search the net for some low point versions of your favorite goodies and whip up a batch. I make a fat free/sugar free chocolate cake that is only 1 point for a big piece and tastes fantastic! You can do it! Keep up the great work!
