Tired of making excuses for myself. It's not worth it anymore and it gets me no where. It is truly to time to make me #1 and stop thinking that I don't deserve to take care of myself. But I do, because if I don't, 1.) I won't be around for my daughter and 2.) No one else will.
I allow myself certain things (ie. food) because I think I can indulge in. That isn't right and it won't get me to where I know that I can be physically and mentally.
So-this is where it stops. Things are changing for the better!
