It's amazing how the body will adapt to certain foods if you let it. I used to be a big time soda & candy eater. Couldn't go a day without them. Then when I started my diet I didn't eat any junk foods and only ate fruits, veggies, grains, and drank only water for a little over 3 months. One day I decided to eat my favorite candy bar (3 Musketeer) and drink a Coke at a San Fran Giants ball game and got sick as dog and paramedics had to wisk me out of the stadium. My body had gotten so adapted to the natural sugars that it was rejecting all the processed and refined sugar they put in foods. So that let me know if you maintain a good health diet, your body will do the rest for you. So keep it up bro
