Ugh. so the last couple of weeks have really been hard for me. I havent really worked because of time and then family stuff and then I was out of town for work (although I was proud of myself I did manage to work out one of the 3 days I was out of town which I think was pretty good concidering the other two were spent traveling for half the day). Before my work trip I managed to stay the same weight, but I havent weighed myself since I got back and I am not looking forward to. I am hoping I didnt gain any but I guess I will have to find out. Anyway no more excuses I have to do better for the rest of this week (weekend included - because some how I always mess up on the weekend) I know I can lose at least five more pounds before may and then its just 5 more to my ultimate goal. Just have to keep going.
