5 weeks today. I was hoping for a little bigger drop but am grateful the number went down instead of up. Maybe my body has adapted to this new way of eating. Slow and steady, stay the course. I will not get discouraged. PAPA is going to help me stick with it and maintain the loss permanently. HE is Faithful! HE IS GOOD
