I feel like my head may explode today. I woke up with the worst headache and the right side of my ribs are killing me. I'm guessing the ribs are from my workout yesterday. I didn't workout this morning because I'm feeling so yucky, so I'll get back to it tomorrow. I think the headache is my sinuses acting up, the weather has been hot then cold here, so I think that's messing with my system. Last night my chest got really tight and my heart started racing, so I think that was the start of my ribs hurting today, maybe some muscle spasms. Who would have thought my broken ribs 11 years ago would still bother me today? I hope everyone else is doing well today!!
