Well, its late for journaling, but what the heck.

Same weight as yesterday. 214.6 I think. I need to weigh in too. lol

Rode my bike for 2 hours 25 minutes. Went great until the end. I overdid it again at the port where I rode about 8 miles away from home with the wind at my back, turned around, legs died, and had the wind in my face. So I down-shifted, thought about all the people I could call to come pick me up, and pedaled slowly home. It's about the 3rd or 4th time I have done that, lol. In my defense, it was calm when I left home, and the weather got lousy while I was out. Should have known as when I started my ride the temp was only 85. That is essentially a cold front here. Its 105 now, and normalized up.

Came home and made an above average breakfast, 2 eggs with 3 slices of toast. Not really feeling starving, then you catch yourself eating up all the crumbs on the plate. Generally Friday is long bike ride day, and cheat day, and that goes hand in hand nicely. Today, not so much. Its 3PM, and I am pretty much done with my RDI. The chocolate bar I just ate is no help!

Tomorrow is wifeys birthday. I have her some nice presents, and nice things planned. It should be a good day. We are already planning some of our meals, and it should not be to bad until the teppanyaki. The one thing I hate about that is feeling so full late at night (They dont open until 7). That has never been much fun, getting all full before bedtime. Maybe I can drink it away, lol.

Anyway, hope you guys have a great day. I will get back to my procrastinating on schoolwork.
