Wednesday, the 4th of April, Noticing changes in my clothing, pants in the hips feel looser, shirts aren't as confining in the midsection, feeling less overwhelmed or unhealthy body-wise, which are all positive results. Unfortunately, my fast break weight loss hit a wall and even though I am eating between 2500 and 2000 calories a day...I used to do that in one meal...I have hit a plateau and not only am I not losing, I have gained about a pound and a half. It's only been 17 days so not panicking, yet!
