Thanks! I cut out all bread and soda. Went paleo for awhile, keto some, but had my greatest success going pure vegan for 10 days then started adding 1-2 servings of fish or poultry a week. I guess that makes me “semi-vegan”! Also no red meat or anything produced by a cow. I’m finally used to using raw coconut butter vs the real stuff!
