Just sharing some of my experience for anyone who’s interested...

So I tried the low carb high fat thing for about 3 or 4 months, and lost some weight and did find that I wasn’t as hungry all the time.. but my cholesterol went up significantly in that time (I tested before & after).. & I found that my weight loss plateaued quite soon.

Since then Iv been eating a mixed diet.. with plenty of complex carbs & plant based foods.. with loads of oats, sweet potatoes, brown rice & veg. Iv lost quite a lot more weight doing this & found that my digestion is better and I feel healthier in general.

I know there’s no one size fits all when it comes to diet, but this is what has worked for me. 😊

Same here! I lost most of my weight when I just tried to give my body what it wants... always have a colourful plate :) I have my veg, meat and a healthy carb :)

👏👏👏 Well done on listening to your body! u right..what worked for me doesn't mean it'll work for u. I'm inspired that you took alternative ways to shed the weight and live a healthy life
