Really pleased as I have lost a pound and a half at weigh in this morning! Yesterday we tried on all our holiday clothes and at least half of them are too big! My husband will have to buy new chinos and shorts as he has lost four inches off his waist! Only problem is saying goodbye to my lovely linen trousers I bought in Dublin, way too big now! Low carb is definitely my way of eating!
