So I had a really low carb low cal breakfast eating low fat yogurt and fresh fruit so for lunch I had Bojangles chicken thigh and leg and pintos about 600 cals and about 3 full carbs yummy oh and the Unsweet tea! Of course I did not eat the bread. Yummy yummy
I am super tired I could use a nap didn't sleep to we'll last night went to bed late but I am glad to see im not getting as hungry as often. Good luck
