well i know this has nothing to do with weight loss but my hand has gone completely numb and i go see the dr on friday wich i am so glad too. i work tommorow and i am so glad also on the weightloss front i am getting in more steps im getting up and changeing the channels and not useing the remote. unless i have been sleeping. any way god bless i love you all love shelly.
