Worked out tonight and actually feel better than I did yesterday. I do love the the Swiss Ball it is so hard but sooooooo much fun!! It presented me with a challenging workout balance..working the core of my body and lets face it that is where I ware my weight..not pretty but true...:) Well talk later. I hope everyone is well!
