OMAD experiment over the weekend was a success I feel. No movement on the scale but overall found it easy and comfortable. Will be mixing it in on the weekends going forward. Now back into the work week and the 16:8 IF routine. Would like to see sub 310 within the next week but it not, no biggie, still happy with the progression as I close in on 51.
