Well today is our 48th wedding anniversary! Decided to celebrate tomorrow after weigh in by going out for lunch. I can't believe we have been married that long, having six children, seventeen grandkids and three great-grandchildren and survived in one piece!

Thank you everyone for your good wishes! My weigh in this morning saw a half pound loss, but a loss is a loss! After that my husband and I had a lovely afternoon in Caernarfon, the sun was shining, the food was delicious and we had a stroll along the waterfront. Managed to stay on plan with the food but having some prosecco shortly!
