Wow it feels good to be loosing... this morning I woke up and weighed myself and I was 3 pounds lighter which is good....probably all the water in my is coming out...but today I didn't eat as healthy as yesturday but here it goes: 1 Slim Fast Shake for breakfast(7am) 4 Timbs for snack(10 am) 1 Slim Fast Shake for lunch(1pm) Small piece of chicken breast, 2 table spoons full of rice, 1/4 of a baked patote, 3 of the 2-bite browines for dinner.
