my thinking has cleared, so I am restarting my T-360 diet. One of the things they require is a food journal. I am using fat secret as my food journal. this is day one and it is 9am and I am a little hungry maybe a 5 or 6 on the scale. I am looking forward to starting again with this diet. I have been keeping to paleo mostly for the last few weeks and I have not gained anymore weight, but I have not lost weight either. This 360 diet is less restrictive than paleo, and it will get some more weight off. I will be below 200 soon.
