Calorie counting alone isn't working for me. I feel like I've been gaining and losing the same 10 pounds for 2 months now.
Yesterday, I switched things up and started watching my carbs too and I'm down 4 lbs. this morning.
So low calorie, low carb and low fat is what I'm doing now. I just want to be below 190, right now.
