311.8 on the troll scale this morning. An expected bump up considering how much I ate yesterday and no big deal at all. Das bod is processing through the things that mess me up so feeling much better this morning. One of the biggest 'eye openers' I've had in all this is the direct connection between what I am eating and how things like my RA reacts.

Going to be doing something with ground turkey for my meal later today. Thinking a stir-fryish thing with bean and alfalfa sprouts, spinach, and bacon. Not a huge fan of ground turkey but I found some that was hiding in my freezer for some reason so going to use it up and treat it like a challenge for my seasoning skills. :D

I use ground Turkey a lot. If I'm having spaghetti, I use it in that because it hides well... (with spaghetti quash instead of noodles) and if I'm having my "hamburger stew" I use it in place of beef, and sometimes I like a turkey burger, but it's dry so I chop mushrooms up finely and add it in, along with some oatmeal and an egg white to keep it all together. I'm sure that delicious meal made the scale go up, but in sure by the end of the weekend you will have recovered the gain. Keep up the good work, @JLente! You're the man! 😊

One of the best things that comes from our journeys towards getting healthier is listening to our bodies and starting to realize/figure out what foods affect us and how. It can really be an eye opener! And life happens but it doesn't mean it's all or none! You've got great insight already, and good plans in place! Keep going strong, you're doing really great 😀
