Meal for the day was a success. 8oz 85/15 ground turkey, seasoned with lemon grass, ginger, sriracha garlic, and a bit of rise vinegar then cooked up with mct oil, mung bean sprouts and spinach plus two fried eggs on top. Was trying to manage two separate meal cooking at once (son wanted the half of the turkey spiced up differently) and wound up over cooking the sprouts a bit. Still good just didn't have the crunch I wanted. My short order cook skills have apparently atrophied! :D
So some where the 1100-1200 cal intake today (I do try to eat more than average on my OMAD days)
Went out for a 3 1/2 hour cruise on the motorcycle today to enjoy the sun. Feeling more myself with every passing day. Do need to have my 'big fat guy' denim vest tailored down to fit better. I like wearing things loose but the thing is simply ridiculously huge on me now. :D Hopefully it won't be too much longer before I can wear my leather again.
I'm way behind on my water intake for the day... again so I'm off to enjoy a cigar while I try to catch up on that. Enjoy your evening y'all. It's the weekend but stick to your plans and move yourselves closer to your goals!

Hey J, I know what you're saying re: your vest. I have to lay a pair jeggings to rest cuz they too are ridiculously baggy... The first time I wore them, I split them in the butt seam LOL!! Hats off to you and your progress! 🤜👏

My brother from another mother!! Today I went on a club ride for the first time in a year. (I left the club last year to hone my group riding skills. I really prefer riding solo or with one friend, but there is something to be said for group rides.) We left at 10:00 AM, rode about 4 hours -- 2 hours to lunch, 2 hours back home. This was the first time I'd eaten out in months. I got an 8 ounce burger, didn't eat the bun, and opted for a small salad with oil/vinegar dressing instead of fries (it was actually an option on the menu). I'd be lying if I were to say I wouldn't have preferred the fries, but this morning's weight was 202.4. That's the milestone I'd been looking for -- I broke 50 pounds today! (I was 253 on Nov 27th.) So what better way to celebrate than being with friends and eating smartly? We had so much catching up to do I don't think anyone even noticed I got a salad and didn't eat the hamburger roll. And before the start of the ride I picked up my club vest that they'd been holding for me. (I had to turn in my vest w/colors since I officially wasn't a member last year.) Today it fit without have to add in the extender chains. It felt really good. Oddly, no one said anything about the weight I'd lost; they only commented on how long my beard had gotten. Oh well. Less drama that way. RIDE ON BROTHER!!! :-D

JLente, wow that’s quite impressive! Good on you! I am in the DQREAM stage of fitting into my leathers. I plan on it though, I will! Your meal sounds delicious! Keep living and eating healthy, those leathers are calling your name! Me on the other hand, well I took my Dyna Low Rider out of the garage to actually wash it and what do you know, dead battery and it won’t hold a charge. Ugh!

Thank you all so very much for the support and kind words of encouragement! @Pixie722... Your legging have gone to a far far better place, :D I'm sure they will not be missed and neither will the next ones that will sag and bag and need to be put down! @sam1955... Bruddah! that is so awesome! Both hitting the 50lbs down mark and even more so getting your colors back, especially without the belly extender! Damn good feelings all around there. Damn proud of you! @Trishy66... Oh man! That is the worst feeling.. that moment when you go to start the scoot and nothing happens! Had more than my share of that so feel your pain. Keep those leathers in sight as a reminder of your goal. Gotta look right on the Dyna! @Fadedbluesky... Cool you got your knees in the breeze today. Those sportys are great machines. Such a raw elemental feel to them. Damn all! Very cool to see so many fellow bikers here! If we weren't scattered to hell and gone we'd have a good little group for day rides. Keep working your plans, use those bike as inspiration because riding is livin'! Keep the rubber side down and RIDE ON BROTHER and SISTERS.. RIDE ON!
