Dr. check up yesterday. Insulin level down 20 POINTS!!! TSH 2.5 down from 4.98.Everything else if OK!! Yeah! Weight down 2 lbs at the office and today 2 more !I am SO SO HAPPY! Measurements down too...Pinch me I must be dreaming...waist48,hip 52,arm 17,thigh29,bust same...4 more inches gone makes 12.5 total.I CAN DO THIS!!!
