not having such a good day today.... I had a slim fast shake this morning for breakfast and some veggies for lunch....around 1 I went to the store to buy some more cleaning supplies and bought myself a fruit and yogurt cup... and now I had 2 slices of pepperoni pizza which is a total NO NO but I have no time to make myself something healthy before I go to work.... So I will exercise lots after work to burn those calories and drink my second shake for the day.... I really need to get around to buying those snack bars.... however thankfully my weight hasn't moved all day since I was active....yeah active cleaning the house scrubbing everything perrfectlyyyy because my mom can't.... gonna be better tomorrow I hope...

Hi opsgirl, 2 pieces of pizza... well, think about what you COULD have had for breakfast and lunch! Slim fast and veggies and a fruit and yogurt cup is totally killer compared to the way a lot of people eat every single meal! This includes myself before I decided to overhaul my diet. So stay with it and don't get discouraged just because of one little % of your day's intake that didn't necessarily fit the diet.

Yeah... I'm just soo stressed out lately but I'm going back to it tomorrow... gonna work hard again... I might end up taking up the south beach diet for 2 weeks starting monday with my dad... so i dont have to cook the stuff just for myself...
