2 pieces of pizza... well, think about what you COULD have had for breakfast and lunch! Slim fast and veggies and a fruit and yogurt cup is totally killer compared to the way a lot of people eat every single meal! This includes myself before I decided to overhaul my diet. So stay with it and don't get discouraged just because of one little % of your day's intake that didn't necessarily fit the diet.
