no no no don't give - up!!! if that diet is too difficult for you to stick to(I"ve tried slim fast and it was tough) maybe consider another diet - other diets maybe more suitable - don't gie up you've done so well - get that chin up and don't give up you can do it!!! I
know you can do it - just keep it up!!!! and its ok to try another plan
