About a month ago, as a result of a routine physical and blood work; doc said my cholesterol was too high. He recommended I work on dropping 20 lbs and return in 3 months for blood work, to see whether my cholesterol drops to a healthy level.
I’ve never been one to count calories. Before this doc appointment, my idea of dieting was not eating a lot of carbs. I’ve always exercised every now and then, but nothing extreme nor tracked.
Now, I find myself counting calories and tracking my exercises to make sure I get in what I need. The other option is scratching this new healthy lifestyle and start taking medication to lower my cholesterol and risk having a stroke and potentially die.
So my choice is very clear to me. I always liked eating healthy and exercising. Now it’s time to take it and make it consistent, fun and tasty 😋All in the spirit of living a long healthy life. Good luck to us all I wish everyone a long and healthy, fun and tasty lifetime...enjoy ☺️
