The picture is the me. I look like this ( when I reach my goal weight)! I want to find that person inside me again and look like that! When I look in the mirror I want to see "me" again and NOT this stranger (middle aged stressed out lady with a hanging abdomen, dark cirles around the eyes and little grey hairs). Other than the negative mindset that tells me I can't do it every time I look in that mirror, in reality, there's no reason I can't do this! NO EXCUSES--JUST DO IT!
When I look in the mirror I want to see a vibrant, beautiful, youthful, sexy me. . . . and I want to wear the white pants and crop top that I see in my mind's eye. Long blondish hairs, nose ring, green eyes, small waist!! Healty and hella sexy !
