I am a 44 year old Mother who has spent most of my adult life taking care of everyone and everything else.
This will be the 3rd diet I am attempting, I have lost weight both times, only to put it all back on as I get busier and busier.

I was diagnosed with High Blood Pressure and I also have the added bonus of it being a known problem in our family, if I don't get my weight under control then there is a good chance I am also going to end up with Obesity Related Diabetes.

I have a very unhealthy relationship with food - Everything is nice to eat and because of that I cant stop. Somewhere along the lines I need to learn to eat the right foods at the right time and hopefully make it stick!

I finally have the time to sort myself out, all 5 of my children are now adults and can fend for themselves - for the most part at least.
