I am a single mum of 3 and have been overweight for the last 15 yrs. Now I am at an all time high, having never weighed this much in my life, so this year, 2016, I am battling with this demon once and for all. And I will be the conqueror!!! I plan on staying true to myself by envisioning myself months down the track, wearing the outfits of my dreams, at my goal weight. No one can do this for me, if its to be, it's up to me.
