I'm a mother to a wonderful 11-yr-old son and wife to a really great husband & father figure!!! I am so very blessed. I've been doing a yo-yo thing with my weight forever. Even though I know I need to make better food choices & exercise more, I tend to slack off a bit. So, I think now is a good time to make a committment to myself so the reward will be being more fit and toned in my 40's than I have been in a long time. Now that would be something to celebrate. So, I'm still hovering around 130, which isn't bad...but I really want to get to my target 125 and stay there. So, what I'm looking for is more buddies that are on their last 10 tough pounds to go...so we can share ideas & stay motivated ;o)
