I'm turning 29 this summer, and I just want to be able to go on vacation with my family and not be embaressed by how I look, or how many times I ask them to slow down because I can't keep up.

I want to STOP having to shop int the Plus-sizes and XL shelves.

And I want to avoid the family history of heart problems and diabeties... maby I should have led with this! :)
