Hi Everyone, I'm Chelle, from Queensland, Australia.
I am just starting back on Atkins again after have regained just over half of my original weight loss. I had lost 64kg (142lb) on Atkins 7 years ago, and have been misbehaving for a long time now to the point that I have disgusted even myself. I have put back on nearly half of what I lost then... So now it is time to get back on the wagon and get rid of the flab again. I only wish I had had fatsecret.com the last time I was on Atkins. Tis nice to know that I am not alone... Looking forward to talking with some of you.
