I'm kind of small built and even 1 kg weight gain looks like a 10 kg gain because I'm not very tall - 161cm. I liked to walk / jog whenever I get the chance to do so. But since lockdown I started doing more indoor walking programs and exercise videos on YouTube. I'm trying to eat low-carb most of the time and to cut out sugar. Eating a lots of fruit and vegetables and absolutely love my grapefruit in the mornings! I love music and have a passion for choirs. Being a free-lance pianist often means late nights, no free weekends and odd working hours. To be on stage or in front of a camera is a challenge to always try and look your best! Eating healthy is a lifestyle - there is NO short cuts. I love FS community - to track your weight and calories is a great way to become a better version of yourself - we all sometimes fall off the wagon! This is a wonderful platform to jump back on. You will always find people in the same boat as you are - and you'll find enough motivation to carry you through your cheats! Since the whole world is facing a big crisis now, it is extremely difficult for us artists to survive financially. I hope you are all still OK wherever you are in the world! Stay safe!
