I am 25 years old and a special needs preschool teacher. I was always very thin and never seemed to put on weight until my last year and half in college. I started adding on the pounds and have kept doing so ever since. Being home all summer, I have only put on more weight even though I seem to have been keeping somewhat active. I really don't want to start the school year this way so I'm really going to try and do something about it now and stick with it.
