My name is Steve, I am just your average 45 year old who has been a martial artist for a long time let my self go due to life (read as: desk jobs) and a few injuries. Tired of being tired and not feeling good about how I look. Decided that I am ready to stop trying and actually do it this time...
My current adventure in life is here in Boise Id. with a wonderful wife and 4 beautiful children (4yo and under as of next month). I have been, Correctional SWAT team member and a bouncer.
I am currently getting ready to start phase 2 of P90X, I am looking forward to day 90 to see how things turn out. I am currently down an inch on my waist as of the end of phase 1, and an average of 5 pounds in 3 weeks.
