I struggled with my weight for most of my life (and by struggle, I mean I did nothing about it until recently) I have cut out quite a bit of unhealthy items from my daily life, like Coke, by just eliminating this one item, I lost 2.5kg in a month, I then started to eliminate a few others, and lost a bit... But it seems I'm on 'go-slow' at the moment and realised I need to do something about it.
I started to gym on 01 August 2013, so here's to hoping that exercise will help!! My first goal is to lose 5kg's by 01 October 2013! And my end goal is to weigh 80kg by July 2015!
I have the best support system in the world, my friends, family, gym staff are all great! Always motivating me, and when I 'cheat' they encourage me to start again and not to give up (as I have always done in the past) And attitude is half the battle, the rest seems pretty easy if you have the right mind set.
