I am 49 years old (50 in Jan. ...funny how I USED to think that was old :() I am married 22 years to a farmer I love with all my heart. We have 3 children..a son (18) in college and 15 year old twin girls who live at home with us. I am fortunate to be able to be home for awhile which I am enjoying. Severe arthritis is what led me to FatSecret because I need to lose weight to help take pressure off my knees as much as possible. Glad to be here and look forward to the great advice and experience of those who've gone before me. :)
