I am a mother of two kids living in Queensland, Australia! Over the years like most people I have put on weight whether it be by having kids, contentment in life or however. My goal is to get back down to or as close to my weight when I was younger and to hopefully feel better about myself. I am on the weight loss program called Body Trim which is by Geoff Jowett! So far within the first 24hr when I started it I lost 2.5kgs, then all up I lost about 7kgs in a total of a week and kept it off now for about 2 weeks!
