I am 22 years old & 5'7" with a medium build. My husband and I bought a house last September and it has a pool! Very exciting but I want to be "bikini ready" when Memorial Day rolls around May 28th.
I was going to start off by doing the cabbage soup diet but decided just to watch what I eat and count calories plus exercise. That is about the only way I can lose weight.
So far, I am hanging out at about 1200-1500 calories a day which I am okay with. I make sure to have "good" snacks at work should I get uncomfortably hungry.
I try to limit my coffee consumption to 2-3/wk. Plenty of fruits & veggies. Protein shake at lunch to help with hunger control. Normal meals at dinner with my husband but watching portion control.
Walking on the treadmill 3-4/wk and light weightlifting.
So far, it is going well. I have 15lbs to go to reach my goal of 140.
Definitly want the belly fat/"lovehandles" gone and legs toned!!!
