I am a mother of 4. Two boys and 2 girls. I have been married 41 years to the same man. Our children are grown and we are empty nesters. I never had a significant weight problem until 10 years ago. My weight shot up from 135 pds to 240 pds. I don't need to see 135 pds again.
My weight loss is not about just looks. I truly want to be active and
healthy. I have resolved in my heart to reach a reasonable weight.
