I am 33, with a full time job and two young children. I used to be quite slim (120) but woke up one morning, shocked to discover that somehow along the way I had become overweight.Yikes! It might have been the 50 pounds I gained with each child, or the fact that though I am have been a vegetarian for 18 years, I am a lazy vege, and like to subsist off of toast, tea, and cheese. I really like to work out, really I do, but my motivation is so very lacking most of the time. I have an annoyingly fit husband. My life in a nutshell....
