Hi, I am Armando, 45 years old and I decided to take the challenge because I want to look great still at my 45.
In the last 14 months I quit smoking after more than 28 years, but I gained weight...
My current weight is 206, I expect to lose around 20 at least in the next 4 months :) I am doing my best, let´s see how I do. (Feb 19, 2014).
